Education/Experience
Requirements:
Bachelor's in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology, or relevant field
A minimum of 2+ years experience with IT company
Proven work experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role
Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and resume databases
Experience with sourcing techniques
Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
