Job Description
We primarily deal with Computers, Laptops and Tablets.We provide services in-store, on-site, and over the Internet via remote access, and also provide 24-hour telephone and emergency on-site support.
We are the Frontline Support agents and are the first point of contact for any issues the customers are facing with their Computers and Laptops.
We assist customers in troubleshooting some common technical issues using what we call Quick Fixes.
If an issue cannot be resolved using a Quick Fix, the agents use their knowledge of technology, match it to a specific channel and recommend a correct solution to the customer. They also provide in-house appointment.
Some of our major contact types are Device performance issues, Software install or TBS, Printer issues, Checking on repair status, Booking appointments (In-Store or In-Home).
Our Major metrics are NPS, AHT, Case to Call and Dispatch%.
