Hi Candidates

Greetings of the day

We are hiring for,

On boarding Assistance

The candidate will be responsible to call the customer who have not completed the

Onboarding activity and has to get the card activated on call.

Competencies:

1.Should have at least 2 year of experience in Customer Support calling activity

2. Should be well versed in English & Hindi Language written and oral.

3. Should be able to empathize with the customer.

4. Should have basic understanding of credit cards.

5. Qualification : HSC and Above
