BANCASSURANCE MODULE:
The candidate would be responsible for handling branches of bank
Handling walk-in customers of the bank including HNI (High Networking Individuals) and NRI (Non- Residents Of India)
Asking or identifying their investment needs and providing a solution with a suitable investment plan
Visiting customer for a presentation and help them for a suitable investment plan.
DIRECT MARKETING:
Candidates would be responsible to work on leads provided by the company
Generating business from the leads & from the references.
Organizing various activities & events for generating leads.
On prior appointments, visit them for a presentation.
AGENCY CHANNEL:
Recruiting financial advisor and handling a team of financial advisors.
With the help of seniors, providing them training with regards to various products and investment plans of the company.
Coordinating and planning with them at every stage to enhance the business of the company.
Visiting client along with the team.
Understanding the need of the client and providing information about the product which is suitable for him/her.
Qualification -Graduate / Post Graduate / MBA Prefer
Language - English / Hindi / Local Language Prefer
Experience- Min 6 Months Sales
Age- Min 23 to Max 35
CTC: 2 Lacs to 5.00 Lacs Per Annum
