> JOB ROLE (Key responsibilities):
The Service Desk & Onsite Technical Support analyst is a fundamental part of our customer support structure.
Working on behalf of the ICT department, the Service Desk & Onsite Technical Support Analyst will deliver timely and high quality incident resolution to our company end users technical queries.
As part of the In-house IT department, the main purpose of this role is to ensure effective and efficient support to all IT queries coming from our user-community.
This entails (but not limited to):
- Customer Service requests
- Assistance with installation of hardware or software
- Assistance with utilization of hardware or software
> REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Customer-oriented, possessing good communication and personal skills
- Ability to work pro-actively, autonomously and responsibly
- Excellent analysis, problem-solving and organization capacity
- Ability to describe technical information, outlining the most important details and provide it in a summarized/ effective manner
- Fast learning skills, technically oriented
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to travel (occasionally)
- Basic/ Intermediate technological knowledge Networking concepts, Common Hardware Products and Software solutions, etc)
- ITIL, AGILE, Prince2 or other relevant accreditations are desirable but not essential
