Sales Manager Bangalore Hospital Information Systems Product Company
We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
Establish effective Sales programs and processes designed to provide a predictable flow of orders and revenue.
Establish and develop Channel Partners by working with Distributors
Expand existing market opportunities and help enter new markets. Substantially expand the customer base.
Formulating Sales Strategy
Prepare Budgets and Business Plans
Managing relationships at highest levels in client organizations
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of products, services, capabilities, and target market characteristics.
Develop and maintain key internal relationships with product development; operational delivery teams in order to ensure the sold solution can and is delivered
We are looking for someone who:
Bachelor degree in Science / Engineering and Post-Graduation in Management (Sales/Marketing)
10+ years of sales and business development experience, preferably in Pharma/ Healthcare domain
Experience in managing high volume Sales through Distributors and Channel Partners a big plus
Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements
Proven track record of successful Hunting and acquiring new customers
Self-driven and demonstrated success in achieving sales targets.
