Create a fun-loving, inclusive, dedicated, and world-class team that continuously pushes the boundary of development and engineering excellence.
Manage and lead team to solve complex technical problems, deliver on compelling user value for our customers and ensure strong customer centricity
Lead the technical design, vision, and roadmap
Partner with other teams across Adobe for achieving common goals
Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and the ability to channel that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.
Grow and nurture the skills and talent in the organization. Manage People Resource processes related to objectives definitions, regular check-in, assessment and compensation
Requirements:
MS/M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science
10+ years of experience in building products
2+ years of managerial experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Good Analytical & Problem-solving skills
Strong leadership skills
Passion, Drive and Can-do attitude
Strong ability to partner across organizations and divisions and presents an opportunity to define and contribute to solving some of the most difficult problems
Ability to build consensus & drive decisions in ambiguous scenarios
Excellent work ethics and highly motivated
