Responsibilities:

• Create a fun-loving, inclusive, dedicated, and world-class team that continuously pushes the boundary of development and engineering excellence.
  
• Manage and lead team to solve complex technical problems, deliver on compelling user value for our customers and ensure strong customer centricity
  
• Lead the technical design, vision, and roadmap
  
• Partner with other teams across Adobe for achieving common goals
  
• Well versed in emerging industry technologies and trends, and the ability to channel that knowledge to the team and use it to influence product direction.
  
• Grow and nurture the skills and talent in the organization. Manage People Resource processes related to objectives definitions, regular check-in, assessment and compensation
  

Requirements:

• MS/M.Tech/B.Tech in Computer Science
  
• 10+ years of experience in building products
  
• 2+ years of managerial experience
  
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
  
• Good Analytical & Problem-solving skills
  
• Strong leadership skills
  
• Passion, Drive and Can-do attitude
  
• Strong ability to partner across organizations and divisions and presents an opportunity to define and contribute to solving some of the most difficult problems
  
• Ability to build consensus & drive decisions in ambiguous scenarios
  
• Excellent work ethics and highly motivated
