Production Manager | 40-50 K | 5+ Yrs Food ProcessingSalary: 40-50 K | 5+ Yrs Production/Food Processing | Education : Bachelor/Masters in Dairy/Food Technology/similar discipline | Location : Bommasandra, South Bangalore
Job Description
- Responsible for daily production activities in order to meets product specifications
- Plan and draw up a production schedule. Ensure to achieve production as per requirement.
- Responsible for maintaining all the dairy process equipment and service equipment to ensure continuous trouble-free performance
- Documentation of production documents as per ISO 22000 & GMP requirements
- Minimize wastage and maximize production efficiency
- Effective utilization of manpower | Daily monitoring of production and packaging
- Ensuring proper working of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
- Disaggregate the production plan - daily, weekly and monthly
- Quality inspection of finished goods (FG) produced
- Ensuring proper working of Food Safety Management System (FSMS) and Hazard
- Analysis Critical Control Programme (HACCP) Control
- Procurement of Raw & packaging materials, ensuring timely delivery & manage suppliers
- Coordinating with courier partners and taking care of logistic operations
- Responsible for PAN India operations specifically Amazon, Seller flex, Cloud tail &their operations | Ensuring daily fulfilment of online orders without backlogs
- Maintaining and managing Inventory system - updating daily production, purchases,
goods transfers and daily sales
Requirement
- Bachelor/Masters in Dairy/Food Technology or similar discipline
- Decent communication skill in English, Hindi & Kannada
- Sound knowledge in production, food processing, blending, packaging, quality checking
