Job Description
Job Summary:
We are looking for individuals for the role of Team Lead (Collection) who can plan, organize, direct
the activities of the Collections Department. The candidate in this role will be responsible for the
efficiency and optimization of retrieving the EMI from the customers, and simultaneously will need
to comply with all the guidelines laid out by the company.
Roles && Responsibility:
Responsible for execution of company's collections strategy.
Responsible for day to day execution of the defined collection processes (Allocation of
accounts, SMS, Email, Auto calls, etc).
Updation of all the online payments into the system, penalties, loan restructuring.
Maintaining records for pending payments, Non-Payments, Delay-Payments.
Research and resolve payment discrepancies, develop a recovery system and initiate
collection efforts.
Coordinating with fraud management team for timely escalation and resolution the cases.
Preparing the weekly and monthly closure reports.
Manage the complete assets of the collection team.
Responsible of the documentation of the all the process.
Leadership qualities to handle && drive large teams.
