Roles and Responsibilities - Provides information to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction.
Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank to ensure exemplary customer service.
Initiates sales and cross sells banking products and services to ensure targets are met.
Ensures interactions with customers are as per banks set procedures and regulations in order to meet service standards.
Channel complex customer complaints and resolve customer queries to the right quarters for effective resolution.
Desired Candidate Profile - 0-3 years of experience Phone banking / Customer Service experience expertise in International voice based process . Open to relocate.
