Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities - Provides information to customers through the delivery of excellent customer service to resolve customer queries and achieve customer satisfaction.

Maintains and manages professional knowledge of entire products and services line offered by the bank to ensure exemplary customer service.

Initiates sales and cross sells banking products and services to ensure targets are met.

Ensures interactions with customers are as per banks set procedures and regulations in order to meet service standards.

Channel complex customer complaints and resolve customer queries to the right quarters for effective resolution.

  • Maintains awareness of the department's business continuity plan and undertake appropriate training to ensure correct action is taken in the event of an incident or disruption.
  • Performs assigned operational tasks and ensures adherence to timescales and high degree of accuracy whilst providing excellent customer service and adhering to all appropriate process and procedures and enables department to achieve high performance standards without compromising on quality.


Desired Candidate Profile - 0-3 years of experience Phone banking / Customer Service experience expertise in International voice based process . Open to relocate.
