Information Security Sr Mgr - Trust Office @ Juniper Networks

• Lead a team of controls compliance professionals to build trust across Juniper
• Program Reporting provide Executive Level reporting including key risks/concerns, risk trends, KPI/KRI, program roadmap, milestones and accomplishments
• Create a clear and concise plan to both define and deliver the Trust Program (inclusive of risk assessment, risk management, policy and compliance) and monitor its progress while making any necessary adjustments as needed
• Build and foster business and technology partner relationships to help shape the program direction in a collaborative manner
• Evaluate and support reviews and gap analysis of key business processes. Provide remediation recommendations and support to the business
• Coordinate annual and ongoing policy and standards maintenance, ensuring feedback from stakeholders is respected and incorporated.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 5 years of relevant experience in a risk and compliance role, preferably in a high tech industry
• Project management experience, the ability to plan, manage and maintain a complex, organization wide program over the longer term.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both to technical and management/executive audiences
• Experience with key security industry certifications such as ISO27001, SOC, FedRAMP
• Customer-focused mindset, with demonstrated skill in managing expectations, providing proactive status updates, and producing high-quality work product

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with quantitative risk assessment methodologies
• Ability to navigate ambiguity and develop working business relationships and trust
• Experience in a federated organizational model with the ability to build consensus across domains
