Knowledge of Ticketing Tool, Prior experience in US calling and in a semi tech or technical process

Basic understanding and knowledge of Desktops/Laptops computer hardware & software troubleshooting

Basic understanding and troubleshooting of internet network connectivity, LAN, Bluetooth, hotspots,
Wi-Fi vs Ethernet, Range limitations etc.

Basic understanding and troubleshooting of network printers, routers, cable modems
5
Basic understanding and troubleshooting for Handheld Devices like Tablets i.e. Windows/Ipad
6
Use remote tools and diagnostic utilities to aid in troubleshooting.
7
Basic understanding of Point of Sale Machines, Kiosk, Vending Machines & Retail Environment
8
Basic understanding of Microsoft Applications i.e. O365
