Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
Fix customer appointments and visit potential customers for new business.
Make the customer understand the various benefits available in the plan & check whether it meets the customer's requirements.
Self-sourcing of customer leads from own natural market to sell Life Insurance products.
Customer Leads when provided are to be called and fix appointments for sales visits and convert
the lead to sales.
Cross-sell/upsell products.
Assuring that the business targets are met as per the goal sheet given.
Desired Candidate Profile
Age Limit 24 to 39 years.
Education Qualification: Graduate Any stream.
Experience of at least 6 months of Life Insurance sales or BFSI sales.
Local resident for some time Should have a natural market in that location.
2 - Wheeler/4 - Wheeler must.
Android-based smartphone
