Job Description for Sr. Manager - Pre Sales  / Business Analyst

Position: Sr Manager Pre-Sales  / Business Anayst

Department: Business (Leasing and Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities

Pre-Sales:

• Managing customer RFP / enquiries & evaluating the same
• Creating Internal request for proposal documents & closely liaison with Techno-Commercial team for detailed solutions
• Converting the inputs received internally into customer proposals with guidance from regional heads
• Managing repository of all relevant drawings, cost estimates & customer proposals for future reference
• Managing approval processes for all proposal submissions

Project Management:

• Coordination of project management for all new projects
• Handover to Projects team
• Customer communication management

Digitization:

• Managing CRM dashboards for leasing reviews
• Lease analysis
• Assisting in preparation of customer / marketing presentations as guided from time to time
• Lease management in Capitaland System
• Customer invoicing

Marketing:

• Coordinating for marketing collaterals for existing & upcoming projects
• Digital marketing initiatives
• Customer database management

Prerequisites

• Bachelor of Engineering / MBA
• 5-7 yrs. experience in working as Business Analyst in sales function or any other similar business function
• Excellent presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge in Excel
• Preferably previous experience from Real Estate/ Supply Chain or Logistics industry

Budget 8-10 Lacs
