goals.
3. Undertake sound financial management to ensure stores are profitable and stay
within Budget.
4. Ensure compliance with Company's policies and operational guidelines.
5. Report to seniors on progress and issues.
6. To deliver highest standard of customer service and Increase standards of customer
service.
7. Maximize sales and profitability in the region.
8. Business handling skills.
9. Knowledge of Retail Operations /SOP and P&L.
10. Sound Financial / Analytical capabilities.
11. Leadership & Team Management.
12. Understanding of the Retail Business.
13. Understanding of current market trends.
14. Should be able to make a good relationship with internal and external customers
quickly.
15. Excellent Communication skills.
16. Pleasing personality.
17. Define store best practices for the functional area of expertise.
