Designation- Business Development Manager -- Training ( Training Counselor )
Location- Baner, Pune
Job Roles -
1. Receiving Inbound calls and counseling for professional Certification / Diploma Courses
2. Out-bond calls as per the leads received from different sources
3. Should have the capability to judge the requirements of the students and should be able to convert into the admission
4. Responsible for converting telephone inquiries into admissions
5. Responsible for achieving business targets through effective counselling as per the timelines
6. Lead Generation
7. Co-ordinating with colleges for students
8. Cordinating with Companies for placements.
Required skills -
1. Good communication skills.
2. Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.
3. Candidates should be comfortable with a target-based job.
