Complete pre-opening and post-closing checklist, Electricity consumption, Gas consumption, Beverage closing count, Petty cash expenses details, and cash in and out details in operation Glide app
Check for Mismatch in TO/GR and escalate matter if required
Make sure all services are functional at all times and maintenance is carried out wherever required regularly Hire, Train, and supervise restaurant employees
Should understand and adheres to proper food handling, safety and sanitisation standards during food preperation, service and clean up
Make sure all equipment services are functional at all times and the temperature of all chillers and freezers need to record twice a day. Maintenance of equipment carried out wherever required regularly
Take ownership of budgets and cost control methods to minimize expenses.
Process payroll and maintain all relevent records.
Comfortable setting priorities and delegating tasks as needed
Conduct daily briefing and align cleaning tasks, assign target for the shift, recognition and giving constructive feedback to the Team members
Coordinate daily FOH and BOH restaurants operation
Estimate future needs for goods, kitchen utensils and cleaning products & create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
Implement policies and protocols that will maintain future restaurant operations
Requirement & Skills
2+ years experience in the restaurant industry
Diploma or equivalent degree , Any graduate
Availability to work within opening hours (e.g. Night, holidays, weekends)
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
