Roles and Responsibilities

Overseeing the funds investment and operations, sourcing investment opportunities
conducting due diligence & risk analysis.
Merger & Acquisition. Structuring & negotiating investment terms. Analyze incoming real estate opportunities. Prepare reports

Desired Candidate Profile

Real Estate Fund / Private Equity / Venture capital in emerging markets with experience in capital-raising, investing and investor relations in the Real Estate sector would be preferred.
