- To manage calls from customers
- Should have good Command over Excel and word drafting, Letter Drafting and Telephonic Conversation with Vendors
- Having good Typing speed
- Fluent in English and Hindi
- Must have knowledge of Social Media
Qualification- Any graduate
Experience required- 2-5years in same job profile
