Job Description

  Roles and Responsibilities-

1. Fund Raising- a) Achieving In house and Agencies revenue b) Achieving net profitability of In house and Agencies.

      2. Training and Monitoring- a) Product training and pitch practice of team members b) Training and monitoring of agencies             through regular meetings. c) Weekly update of sales, upcoming events, innovations and ideas etc to Reporting Manager.

3. Quality- a) Reduce the reject ratio. b) Increase the complete data percentage c) Creating a base of loyal donors

4. Servicing and Nurturing- a) Organizing donor visits virtually or physically b) Enhancing the servicing of the donors.

5. Recruitment- a) Recruiting 40-45 fundraisers in the region. b) Retention of fundraisers. c) Recruiting new agencies in the region.
