We are hiring for,

Manager Architecture

Industry: Real Estate

Functional Area: Design Architecture

Mandatory Key skills: "Coordination of design and execution of Projects.

In house design development."

Coordination of design development with external design architects and consultants.
Coordination with in house execution and liasoning for the timelines and
deliverable.
Attend weekly review meetings at site assigned for onsite related queries and issues.
Periodic site visits for checking and progress at site.
Maintain proper records and documentation of deliverable.
Job Responsibilities:
Provide valuable inputs in the design development process.
Provide and coordinate with the sales and marketing team for the launch and marketing process.
Active involvement with the site team for the day to day site related activities and progress.
Active involvement with the estimation, liasoning and contracts team for the
Project related queries."
