Job Description

Define service catalog requirements.
Provide input towards defining the IT service catalog content (for example, confirming line of business details, categorizations, business owner, service owner).
Build and maintain service catalog content.
Manage updates, then publish the service catalog in a timely manner with accurate information about operational services.
Define service catalog audience groups.
Maintain a process by which service catalog updates are performed.
Collect Service Requests for updates to the service catalog from authorized users, ensure the proper requirements are fulfilled and submit the Request for Change to the service catalog.
Review and approve updates to the service catalog.
Communicate with Service providers on service catalog management process changes.
Ensure service catalog accuracy and end-to-end SLAs are aligned and met.
Ensure Service providers manage queues for active Service Requests including aging tickets, bouncing tickets and initiation of re-prioritization and escalations.
Ensure that the request catalogue forms and workflows are optimized to deliver Service as per the service catalogue and Service Levels.
Ensure Service providers fulfill and/or route Service Requests in a timely matter to meet business SLAs.
Coordinate activities across Service providers for all Service Requests.
Act on escalated Service Requests that exceed SLA and perform coordination across Service providers.
Receive, coordinate and report resolution of escalations across Service providers.
