Business Analyst is responsible for assisting in the data collection, analysis, documentation, and communication of performance measures in cooperation with other departments and functions that support Consumer Customer care Contact Center Operations. The Business Analyst operates with broad latitude and independent judgment under general guidance from the Manager. What you will do
Learn, understand the existing data and products and know how, when and which data sources to use
Re-configures existing reports. Gathers requirements from Stakeholders. Funnels ad-hoc requests from Stakeholders
Understand various business lines, goals and problems and come up with reports, trends and insights to identify possible opportunities/threats
Publish regular reports, trends and dashboard for business/product metrics and KPIs
Deep dive and analyze data, surface problems, and propose solutions in partnership with stakeholder
Structure business problems into data and analytics plan and execute
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization to accelerate and drive exponential growth
Constantly keeping abreast of developments in the process and supporting the business with category insight

Strong drive for results, ability to handle ambiguity and cross team dynamics
Experience in data analysis role involving responsibility of querying/extracting/collating and generating reports will be preferred
Very strong analysis skills - ability to start from unclear problem, identify and access relevant data sources, breakdown or combine data to make detailed analysis and generate reports
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Presentation and exposure to reporting/visualization tools like Tableau
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced business environment with tight deadlines
