JOB DESCRIPTION-Manager Learning and Development
Designation:Mgr- L & DJob Location:Indore
Department:Stock broking- Various Departments majorly Business Development and Learning and DevelopmentDuration:Permanent
Direct Reporting To: DIRECTOR
Job Purpose: To apply Broking Domain knowledge, translate it in to logical application workflow, and execute the projects.
Responsibilities:Selected Trainer's job responsibilities (include, But Not Limited To The Following) :
1Initial Tasks shall include:
a)Making two videos a day
b)Scheduling at least one interview, a week.
c)Creating and developing videos for 15 hours of course content on Fundamental Analysis and Technical Analysis each.
d)Creating and developing on similar lines, a video for 10 hours of course content on Futures and Options as well.
2Daily getting at least two lectures / sessions a month in Colleges/ Institutions.
3Training the internal customers including Dealers / RM and other Sales Staff every Month with the updating and related things to Sales and Marketing
4Taking up at least two webinars per week for clients.
5Taking up at least one batch for TA/ FO per week, both offline and online.
6Major focus is required on creating and developing a library of some 25 paid courses of various durations ranging from 20 min of session to one week session.
7The trainer shall be responsible for taking frequent sessions at Webinars, Events and possible other places.

Education:Graduate/ Post Graduate preferably in Commerce Stream/ Compliance
Gender:Female/ MaleTimings:09:30 am to 06:30 pm(Mon-Fri) / 10am -5pm ( Saturdays)
Experience:Minimum 5yrs preferably in the Research Domain( Both Fundamental and Technical)Mandatory: Technical Analysis, Option Greek, Delta Neutral Strategy, Theta Based Strategy and Open Interest Analysis
