Greetings from Team Management Services (TMS), an end-to-end HR consulting services firm!Currently we have an urgent job opening for Assistant Manager - Digital (Design) position with one of our clients, located at Mumbai.

Our client is an Indian film production and distribution company founded by a veteran filmmaker in 1970. It mainly produces and distributes Hindi and Punjabi films. The company has grown to be one of the largest film studios in India. It's the only privately held and fully integrated studio in India producing and having produced over 80 films. Job Description:
Social Media Platforms: Responsibility for managing, ideating, and designing creatives (static & video) for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter etc.
Videos: Design video creatives for video platforms like YouTube, Facebook such as lyrical videos, audio jukebox, video packaging with titles, design video thumbnails, video slates and channel skins etc.
Music & Movie Streaming: Design and overlook creatives and banners for Music & Movie Streaming platforms like Spotify, JioSaavn, Gaana, Resso, Amazon Prime, iTunes, Google Play etc.
Website: Responsibility for managing regular updates, designing banners, newsletters etc. for the Company Website.
Digital Campaigns: Designing campaigns for catalogue movies, ideating new film promotions, social media campaigns and innovative creatives for brand.
Enhancement: Constantly upgrading skills to stay at par with the latest design and new digital trends like Web 3.0, Metaverse, NFT etc.
Represent: Spirit of the company, is a team player, and be its number one advocate and be collaborative in approach.
Key Responsibilities:
Hands-on experience of the following software: Adobe - Photoshop, Premier, Aftereffects, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, and be adaptive to other software.
Familiarity with social media and video design/creatives and technologically savvy.
Ability to perform in a collaborative atmosphere as a team player.
Convince others that your creative ideas are worth investing time and effort in.
