You should have good understanding of IT / Software skills & Technologies. Prior experience in recruiting core IT / Software profiles is a must.
You must have Excellent English communication both oral & written.
Should have experience in END to END recruitment cycle. Right from Sourcing to salary negotiations and closures.
Ability to Multi-Tasking and prioritize requirements and has passion to constantly exceed own quality benchmarks.
Accountable for meeting all hiring targets while ensuring process accuracy/compliance.
