We at Vibrantzz are recruiting Customer Service Representatives for International BPO in both voice & non voice process

Excellent opportunity for HSC / graduate freshers to start a career with MNC

Requirements :

Candidates with excellent written & verbal communication skills in English

Minimum Qualification : HSC

Candidates comfortable with Rotational Night Shifts & work from office

Experienced candidates can get good salary packages

HSC / graduate freshers are welcome

All personal / educational / work experience documents on paper mandatory

Double vaccination necessary

Age criteria : 18 to 40

Location : Mumbai

Job details :

Handling inbound & outbound calls / chats / mails

Resolving customer queries & issues

Ensuring customer satisfaction

5 days work 2 rotational week offs

One side transport will be provided by the company

Salary range : 10.7k to 33k in hand

Variable incentives based on overall performance after training
