Greeting to all !!

We are hiring for Customer Support Associate (CSA).

Job Profile-


o Have to resolute customers query Voice Call.

Mandatory Criteria-
o Min HS Passed.
o Fresher && Experience both can apply
o Excellent verbal communication skill in English && Hindi without major MTI for Voice
process
o Must have Laptop/Desktop enabled with original version of windows 10 and
connected through Broadband/Wi-Fi. Must have active antivirus
o Should have not applied for any Flipkart interview in last 3 month
o Customer orientation.
o Ready to work in 24/7 Shifts
o No planned leave for upcoming 3 month after joining
o 9 hour of the day, 8 hrs. work and 1 hour break
o Should have a typing speed of 25WPM with 90% accuracy

Interview Structure-
o HR round - General check. - Video Call
o OPS round General Check - Video Call
o Client Round Video Call
