Job Description

    • Results-driven and customer-focused.
    • Ability to meet sales targets.
    • Identifying Self Service Retail in the assigned territory by referencing, gathering information through reliable resources, and regular market visits in order to shortlist and select Self Service Store / Key outletshaving potential for business.
    • Preparing route plan to ensure effective use of time to deliver desired sales.
    • Handle Existing Key accounts by maintaining relationships and servicing their requirements on time to retain and ensure the continuation n flow o business.
    • convince customers for buying products.
    • Conduct market research to understand competitors and market trends.
    • Conduct and Manage in-store sampling and Sales.
    • Conceptualize and execute sale promotion actives at RWAs /Residential Societies.
    • Manage and Control a team of promoters, and deploy them at high footfall outlets for better throughput of daily sales.
