Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handling end to end recruitment cycle.

Screening resumes and taking face to face interview of candidates.
Following up with candidates so that on-boarding process to be done on time
Briefing the candidate about the responsibilities, salary and benefits of his proposed job.
Posting the job on different Portals like Naukri, Shine
Hands-on experience in Recruitment and making an effective sourcing in Job portals and Social Sites.
