Broad Roles:

1.Responsible for P&L of the Digital Business, Taxation, Reconciliation, Finalization.

2. Review of Accounts (Variance analysis, ledger scrutiny) including Fixed Asset.

3. Knowledge of Related Party reporting as per AS and Companies Act.

4. Reporting to Parent Company/external stakeholders.

5. Monthly/Quarterly/Yearly Closing activities.

6. Preparation of Standalone Financials,CashFlow

7. Knowledge of Ind AS will be an added advantage.
