Job Description

In this position, you will be responsible for the execution of Top Management hires and transfers. You provide advice on senior management recruitment practices to our front Recruiting Partners and together with them ensure that all recruitment steps from compliance checks through onboarding are completed, operational risks mitigated and internal and external regulations accommodated. You act as a Subject Matter Expert and Coordinator between stakeholders in the Business, other HR functions and HR Service Centers.
As it is important to us to constantly increase candidates experience and ensure service excellence, you will also have the opportunity to plan, lead and participate in projects and global initiatives with impact.
