"Roles and Responsibilities:
- Consulting and/or Business Analysis on the primary LS value chain domain of Research or preclinical Development.
-Strong team building, complex problem solving, fact based decision making skills, , intercultural competence.
-Consultative selling competence incl. excellent presentation skills, ability to manage complex situations and team structure incl. client.
-Engagement management and client relationship.
-Business development and client relationship management.
-Development of consulting and advisory related tools, accelerators and competency of the team.
-Development of Thought Leadership.
-Organize and lead specific sessions in workshops, expert discussions and meetings and competently guide clients through the consulting process.
-Create Simulation and decision models determine the candidates for opportunity or improvement."
