RPA Controller - Chennai - ADP Solutions - 6

The RPA Process Controller is a key role that supports and administers the day to day running of Blue Prism processes in the live environment. The RPA Controller will schedule and run Blue Prism processes and monitor the automation stability using the RPA Controller Dashboard. Will raise change requests, support issues or enhancement features where required.

Key responsibilities:

• Daily administration of the Control Room (to check - running processes, running VMs, viewing logs, etc.)
• Managing and allocating process workloads
• Managing process schedules (whether manually or scheduled)
• Managing and solving business exception issues
• Communicating system exception issues to the RPA COE team
• Suggesting improvements and participating with other business users in process discussions

Skills required:

• Good organizational skills, to schedule processes, monitor resources, and log issues
• Good understanding of business processes, and capable of analyzing the process
• Able to follow the guidelines or work instructions accurately
• Good inter-personal communication skills -- able to explain technical issues to RPA COE expert
