Job Description:
- Member of Regression/automation team, part of a large Testing department
- Plan and strategize how to incorporate a testing automation tool into the testing lifecycle
- Design and development of automated tests scripts using Selenium/ Protractor
- Proven experience of building an Automation Framework (from scratch) in projects
- Work experience on TestComplete 14.X version tool
- Execute, Debug and maintain test scripts
- Producing relevant reports
- Knowledge on Nodejs Automation tools
- Exposure in handling Cloud Envs
Mandatory Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science (or equivalent)
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in Automation testing
- Experience (manual and automated) across all areas of testing including functional and nonfunctional - experience in performance and user load testing would be valuable
- 3+ years working within an Agile software development environment
- Hands on experience in Selenium/Protractor.
- 2+ years of hands on experience on TestComplete automation tool as principle resource
- Ability to lead by example, coach and provide technical direction to other test team members
- Well organized, able to demonstrate innovation and problem-solving skills and to priorities workloads
- Experience with testing frameworks of complex Web application, angular based application
- Hands on proven JavaScript /Typescript experience
- Experience with BDD frameworks like Cucumber/Jasmine
- Hands on working with any Test Management tools PractiTest, Jira
- Hands on working with Git, SVN or etc.
- Experience working on cloud-based platforms (ideally AWS/Azure) and operational and performance monitoring
- Demonstrated experience in number of programming language Java, C#, node.js
- Continuous Integration tools (Jenkins or equivalent) experience Advantage
- Experience with Databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle, DB2) Advantage
- Basic knowledge in REST APIs and SOAP Advantage
- Knowledge on docker - Advantage
