We are looking IT recruiters for our organisation.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identifies appropriate candidates and assesses their qualification through review of their resumes, interviews and other form of communication.
• Connect qualified candidates with hiring manager.
• Arranging telephone, Video, or in-person interviews.
• Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidates must have IT Recruitment experience in the IT staffing / IT industry.

2. Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ boolean search on job portals

3. Effective convincing / negotiation skills

4. Preferred Experience in IT Skills : Java Full Stack(Java Spring Boot/Micro-Services + Angular 2+), Java Spring Boot/Micro-Services, Java + Spark(Big Data) /Scala + Spark(Big Data) /Python + Spark (Py-Spark), Salesforce Developer (Salesforce, Lightening)

Exp Level: 2 years to 6 Years

Skill: IT Recruiter

Location: WFH during pandemic

CTC: As per the industry

NP: Immediate / 15 Days
