Job Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Front Office:
- Handling all telephone calls with proper greetings in a polite manner and directs the calls to the respective staff.
- Greet, communicate with and welcome guests.
- To maintain update and correct records of all the incoming and outgoing couriers with required details in excel sheet and register.
- Receive letters, packages and send them to appropriate destination.
Ensure that the front desk is kept clean, tidy and supplied with all the necessary supplies.
- Day to day office administration.
Knowledge of Bank related Activates

Qualification and Experience:
- Any Graduate will be considered for this role
- 2 + years of experience into a similar role
- Preference will be given to female employees for this role.
