Job Description

: Jr Recruiter / Team Leader

Must have min 6 mon-3 year exp in / Recruitment / BFSI Recruitment
Good written and verbal communication skills / Review and understand job requirement.
Knowledge of Job Portals to source and screen Candidates for different NON-IT Domain
Immediate joiner are preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Responsible for co-coordinating with Team Leaders to understand job specifications
Sourcing, Screening & Validating profiles for open positions within TAT defined
Responsible for an interview schedule, shortlisting, follow up with Stakeholders to understand offer closure & negotiation
Arranging of Drives and document collection wherever necessary
Updating daily activity in Trackers & business-specific applications with progress on open
positions
