Job Description
ZMM's are an essential part of the Marketing & Technical Advisory team.
They are responsible for the regional marketing strategies based on the season & regional requirement trends and are expected to manage + maintain and increase the consumer base via effective implementations.
The job responsibilities are inclusive of but not limited to :
- Marketing Campaigns
- Improving Wallet & Market share
- To enable AMM's to utilize all the systematic demand generation tools in a structured way
- Accountable for increased walk-ins, conversion rates, HNI Wallet share via customized products & services
- New Product Launches & Scale Up
- To enable AMM's & field team to achieve store wise / category wise budgetary targets
- Monitoring market trends.
- To Create/ maintain and increase brand awareness and Loyalty to our MGC Brand among farmers.
- Responsible for maintaining uniform and unique visual merchandising across the outlets of the zone.
- Liaison with local agriculture institutes & scientists.
Desired Candidate Profile: BSc Agri + MSc Agriculture or MBA (Agri graduation is a must)
