Job Description

:-

  1. Coordinate with Sales team and senior CRE team for any up-selling query/ support on boarding queries

2.Meet Up-selling targets as set.

  1. Build trusted relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations to generate proper levels of adoption, ensure renewals, and create new revenue opportunities
  2. Devise engagement plans that consider customer business goals and map software capabilities to achieve these goals. This includes, email, Social, Phone calls, and arranging in person meetings.
  3. Understand the customer's business goals and technical environment.
  4. Drive escalation of client issues, coordinate key resources in the escalation process, and project manage the client issue until its resolution
