Job Responsibilities-
Knowledge of New Company Act 2013.
Exposure in Legal work such as Vetting of legal agreements, Trademarks, legal cases, etc.
Managing due diligence and fund raise documentation.
Coordinating with the Investors and meeting their requirements.
Drafting of resolutions, minutes, etc.
Maintaining Statutory register and various other records.
Knowledge of FEMA- Foreign Exchange Management.
Regulations && Compliance.
Requirements:
2-3 yrs experience would be an added advantage, who have completed CS, Corporate Law or
L.L.B
Excellent English communication and drafting skills.
Good commercial sense, and clear financial accounting concepts.
Adroit in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and other software applications/platforms.
