Permanent Position-

Skill : application Support L1

Exp-1 yr

location-Mumbai

Education:Any graduate (preferably Engineering) with Working knowledge SQL

Skills:

experience in application production support monitoring app logs, daily housekeeping activities, answering calls and tickets from business users on application workflow

Should be hand-on with enabling Browser settings, Cleaning Cache, Ping Responses, Proxy Settings -
Should be able to run basic SQL Querie

skillset required: L1 application production support of.Netbased web applications monitoring server, app and db logs, daily housekeeping activities to maintain server uptime, answering calls and tickets from business users on banking application workflow
