A reputed IT company is hiring for Service Desk(network) in Ghansoli

Exp: 2+ yrs

Location: Ghansoli

NP: Immediate to 15 days

JD:

Exp: Min 1-2 Years working in Service desk, Graduate

Provide Remote support for users

Should have hands on exp in Network Devices

Experience in trouble shooting and installations

Hands on exp in ITSM tool

CCNA certified / course Preferred

Good communication skill

Shift support (24 x 7)
