Job Description
Urgent requirement of - Infra Manager (Noida/NCR)
Work Location: Noida/NCR
Experience - 3 yrs- 6 yrs
Salary - 7 lpa - 8.5 lpa
Basic Roles and Responsibilities -
Goal-oriented professional with experience in Desktop and Lan-Wan Support, Information Systems Security, Network Uptime Management and Network Infrastructure Upgrade and Operations, Windows Servers as well as Fortinet firewall.
- CCNA, CCNP cisco router and Switches.
- Well versed with LAN, WAN implementation.
- Excellent problem solving and Network trace analysis skills.
- Excellent knowledge of CLOUD BASED AUDIO/VIDEO STREAMING.
- Skills in maintaining network and systems by managing product and capability roadmaps, establishing maintenance procedures, and working with systems administrators and other engineers to perform regular network maintenance.
- Excelled in providing solutions on network and system problems related to Operating System, Data Corruption, Virus Problems and Messaging, Office 365, Microsoft Outlook, G-Suite, Windows Mail and Network.
- Proven target focused professional with admirable presentation and communication skills.
- Coordinating the maintenance of network servers including file servers, VPN gateways and intrusion detection systems as well as desktop computers, routers, and switches.
- Experience installing, configuring, and maintaining Microsoft server infrastructure with services like AD, DNS, DHCP, GPO, IIS Web server etc.
- Supervised network administration including user and mailbox administration, security for local and remote users including File Transfer Protocol (FTP) permissions, server maintenance, patches and security updates, malware removal, license management and software compliance.
- Assisted in the design and implementation of the Helpdesk environment for first and second level support; gave suggestions while developing guidelines on how support issues would be resolved.

- Wireless: WLAN Deep Knowledge
- Operating Systems: Windows /8/10,
- Server knowledge server 2016, 2019
- Network Devices: Cisco 4321, 1941, 3560, PoE Switch
- Knowledge on VoIP Services, IP phones
- Knowledge on Office 365 and G-suite
- Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, network devices and firewalls.
- Proactively manage and maintain server, network, and firewall systems
- Develop and implement project plans, risk assessments and contingency plans
- Design and implement monitoring, configuration management and reporting functions that will make a hands-off environment
- Define and document best practices and support procedures
- Provide after-hours support for Infrastructure related emergencies as well occasional weekend maintenance.
- Maintain inventory and asset configuration documentation.
- Assist with hardware, firewall, telecom and software vendor evaluation, recommendation, and negotiations Mentor / cross train team members on existing and new technologies.
Carry out special tasks at Management's direction.
- Interact with customers and staff at the technical level, as required.
- Building and setting up new development tools and infrastructure
- Understanding the needs of stakeholders and conveying this to developers
- Working on ways to automate and improve development and release processes
- Ensuring that systems are safe and secure against cybersecurity threats
- Identifying technical problems and developing software updates and fixes
- Working with software developers and software engineers to ensure that development follows established processes and works as intended
- Planning out projects and being involved in project management decisions
- Deploy updates and fixes
- Provide Level 2 technical support
- Perform root cause analysis for production errors
- Investigate and resolve technical issues
