Job Description

Architects with 3+ years of experience onward,

To take the lead on Architectural presentation, drawings and understand design in conjunction with Project Architect for a set of projects within the Firm and ensure that the drawings are delivered as per schedule and in accordance with VA standards and project concept.

You should have the ability to prepare statutory drawings/documents, prepare tender drawings and check consultant drawings with respect to architecture / interiors

Looking for a person with following:

Proficient with CAD and REVIT
Proficient with presentation softwares such as Adobe suites, Lumion, Sketch-up etc.
Exposure in High rise buildings architecture, corporate offices, R&D, Institutional Etc.
A flexible and open attitude towards new ways of working
Ability to organize, plan, prioritize work and manage time
Dedicated and patient with good listening & communication skills
Ability to get along with team members
Ability to work well under pressure
A strong team player
Positive can do attitude
An eye for detail
