Responsible to manage a team of Agency Partners and get business from them.
Revenue targets of the Branch
Recruit, coach and develop Agency Partners and Agent Advisors
Adherence to Customer service standards
Conduct weekly performance review and planning for Agency Partners
Ensure retention of Unit Managers by formulating their development plans, meeting their training needs and communicating with them on a regular basis.
Key Skills : Life Insurance, Sales, Agency Channel
Min. to Max Experience: 4yr to 15 yrs
Salary Range : 5Lacs to 8Lacs
Location : Prodduttur, Anantapur, Khammam, Kakinada, Hyderabad - Begumpet,
