Job Title: Lead Data Engineer

What you need to succeed

• 6-10 Years Of strong Big Data/Hadoop experience with Enterprise Data ware housing hands-on experience
• Well versed with Hadoop challenges related to scaling and self-service analytics
• Well versed with Cloudera/Hortonworks distributions, hands on experience required for both distributions.
• Well versed with hive, along with latest developments in the Hadoop eco system
• Excellent knowledge of Hadoop integration points with enterprise BI and EDW tools
• Hands on experience in Apache Spark
• Strong Experience with Hadoop ETL/ Data Ingestion: Sqoop
• Strong experience on SQL/PLSQL
• Good knowledge of cloud technology such as Azure/AWS/GCP
• Should be good in design solutions and complex architectures
• Experience in monitoring, troubleshooting and tuning services and applications and operational expertise such as good troubleshooting skills, understanding of systems capacity, bottlenecks, and basics of memory, CPU, OS, storage, and networks.
• Good communication skills across distributed team environment
• Should be able to communicate across teams and stake holders
• Awareness on Sales business process (SFDC or Dynamics Sales) is added advantage
• Must be self-motivated, responsive, professional, and dedicated to customer success
• Should have experience of leading teams and driving initiatives independently

Educational Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a similar field
