Job Description

s of new / emerged positions in consultation with Functional Heads / HODs in the prescribed format

Sending the JDs for evaluation to UJEC / BJEC

Communicating approved Job Descriptions and Job Bands to the employees

Maintaining Job Evaluation Scores & Data repository

Regular review of positions for re-valuation as per requirement

Ensuring updated organization structure is maintained on Position Management System

Periodic review of Organization Structure to keep a track of new / evolved positions

Ensuring regular update & maintenance of Daily Management Folder of HRD

Coordinating with various stakeholders to prepare monthly reports like: Monthly Coordination Meeting, CFI Dashboard, Shabbash Card Dashboard, etc.

Monitoring the progress of Capability Development Projects of subordinates on regular intervals

Ensuring timely administration of Social Security Schemes Sunischit, Nischint, National Pension Scheme, Medi-Claim, Group Personal Accident Policy cases

Ensuring timely updates / renewals of all Social Security Schemes as well as awareness amongst employees through innovative methods / approaches

Ensuring implementation of various HR policies and devising mechanism to invite feedback on implemented policies

Ensuring administration of Farewell Policy for retired employees
