From Vibrantzz Management Services   We are URGENTLY hiring for  WFM Analyst  for  International BPO   REQUIREMENTS : . Candidates must be  Graduates   . Candidates must have at least  3 years of overall experience in  the International BPO   . Candidates must have at least  6 months to 1 year experience  as a  WFM Analyst or WFM Executive or Planning Analyst or Scheduling Analyst or Business Process Management Initiative Analyst [BPMI]   . Candidates must have exposure to and knowledge of  Fact Finding,  Analysis,  MIS,  Forecasting,  Strategic Development,  Tactical Planning Skills   . Candidates must have excellent written and verbal communication skills   . Candidates must have all the documents related to Identification, Education and Previous Work Experience     JOB DETAILS : . Work with clients and operations team to develop and implement strategies to help improve the efficiency of the staff   .Monitor and analyze the various volume patterns, intra and inter day activities to improve productivity   .Develop  various  forecasting models  that consider  promotional tactics and activities, historical trends, new product launches and concurrently safeguard handling capacity   .Seek, analyze, report, evaluate and Improve the forecasting, planning, scheduling and budgeting process   . Proactively monitor associate behaviors, efficiency and availability and report deficiencies to the operational team   . Location :Mumbai, Pune, Bangalore   .
