Qualification:- MBA HR / MPM
Experience:- Around 4 to 8 years experience from same industry .

Job Discription

Core HR operations.
Experience in HR policies & implementations
payroll procession,
Recruitment,
Proficient In MIS
Induction, Training, Orientation
Retention
Good in Labour Laws, PF, ESIC, Compliances
Should have good experience in end to end employee life cycle.

Other Skills:
Good command over MS Office specially in Excel
Possess good communication skills and writing skills

Compensation : Will commensurate with experience and competency of the candidate
